Q: How do I sync my progress across devices? A: SwapVision uses iCloud to sync your progress automatically. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID on all your devices and that iCloud is enabled.
Q: I lost my progress. Can I recover it? A: Your progress is stored in iCloud. If you reinstall the app on a device signed in to the same Apple ID, your progress should restore automatically. If it doesn’t, please contact us at the email above.
Q: How do the worlds work? A: SwapVision has 10 worlds — from Iron to Legend — each with 48 puzzle levels. Complete all levels in a world to unlock the next one. The first three worlds are available immediately.
Q: What are the difficulty levels? A: Each puzzle can be played in Easy (3×3 grid), Medium (4×4 grid), or Hard (6×6 grid) difficulty, so there’s a challenge for every skill level.
Q: Is my data shared with third parties? A: No. SwapVision does not collect personal information or share any data with third parties. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Q: Is SwapVision free? A: SwapVision does not contain any in-app purchases or advertisements. Download it once and enjoy the full experience.
